Job Description:

1. Summary

The company is engaged in the development, leasing, and sales of commercial spaces and residential apartments. To strengthen its market position and achieve sustainable growth, the company seeks a competent and results-driven General Sales and Marketing Manager. The role will focus on leading sales strategies, driving client acquisition, and enhancing brand visibility in both commercial and residential real estate markets.

2. Objectives of the Position

  • Drive revenue growth across commercial properties and residential apartments.

  • Design and implement competitive marketing and branding strategies.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate and individual clients.

  • Ensure high occupancy/sales rates and strong brand recognition within the real estate sector.

3. Key Responsibilities

3.1 Sales Management

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for commercial and residential properties.

  • Achieve agreed sales targets, occupancy rates, and revenue objectives.

  • Lead, monitor, and support the sales team to optimize performance.

  • Negotiate, finalize, and manage client contracts and agreements.

3.2 Marketing & Promotion

  • Design, plan, and oversee digital and traditional marketing campaigns.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategies.

  • Develop promotional events, campaigns, and marketing materials.

  • Strengthen the company’s brand visibility across real estate segments.

3.3 Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain and expand relationships with corporate clients, investors, brokers, and individual buyers.

  • Provide professional after-sales services to ensure client satisfaction.

  • Build strategic partnerships with real estate agencies, brokers, and networks.

3.4 Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare and present periodic sales and marketing performance reports.

  • Monitor market trends and recommend strategy adjustments.

  • Advise on pricing strategies and product positioning to maximize competitiveness.

Job Requirements:

4. Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

  • Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive experience in sales and marketing, ideally in the real estate sector.

  • Strong knowledge of both commercial property and residential apartment markets.

  • Demonstrated track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets and executing successful marketing campaigns.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and analytical tools.

5. Reporting Line

The General Sales and Marketing Manager will report directly to the CEO and collaborate closely with the Business Development and Operations teams.

6. Duration

This is a full-time position with an initial contract period of one (1) year, subject to performance review and potential extension.

7. Duty Station

The position will be based at the company’s head office in Kabul, with frequent travel to project sites and client meetings as required.
